When opening an account on the 7v7v platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination, and deposited funds may not be returned.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• The account may not be transferred or shared with any third party.
• In the event of any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification.

7v7v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud.

7v7v offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive and withdraw this bonus:

• You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not deposit + bonus).
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳22,000.
• Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 total wagering required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit.

7v7v's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your overall activity on the platform. The specific benefits and conditions for each tier are set by 7v7v and are subject to change.

• 7v7v reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be usable on designated games or categories.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• One promotion cannot be used alongside another promotion at the same time, unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, 7v7v reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus.

7v7v strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, service may be temporarily disrupted under the following circumstances:

• Technical maintenance and upgrades.
• Network or internet connectivity issues.
• Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• Issues with third-party payment providers.

7v7v is not liable for service interruptions caused by the above reasons. However, we make every effort to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7v7v is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial loss from gaming or betting.
• Mental or physical harm resulting from use of the platform.
• Issues caused by errors in third-party game software.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or intentional error.

All content on the 7v7v platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 7v7v. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Software from game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others) is governed by their own intellectual property rights.
